SMARTDOOR ASIA CONS CO., LTD. was established in Cambodia in 2025, built upon the experience and capabilities developed within the DUCTIN WINDOW system since 2016.
We provide integrated aluminium, glass, door and automation solutions for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Our scope covers solution consulting, technical design and material selection through to manufacturing, supply, installation and final completion.
Our key solutions include aluminium doors and windows, façades, rolling doors, automatic doors, steel doors, glass partitions, glass railings and staircases, as well as a wide range of architectural building-envelope solutions.
SMARTDOOR ASIA is not simply focused on supplying individual products.
Our objective is to deliver the right solution for the architecture, function and actual conditions of each project, while helping developers and contractors maintain better control over quality, schedule and coordination throughout implementation.
SMARTDOOR ASIA aims to become a recognized door, aluminium, glass and automation solutions brand in Southeast Asia.
Starting from Cambodia, we are gradually building an integrated system that connects design, manufacturing, technology and installation, enabling us to respond to the increasingly diverse requirements of projects throughout the region.

Formation process
SMARTDOOR ASIA was established in 2025, but our journey began much earlier.
It is a story built on experience in aluminium, glass, doors and construction engineering since 2016, before expanding into Cambodia and gradually moving toward the wider regional market.
The journey began with DUCTIN WINDOW in Vietnam, operating in aluminium and glass doors and construction installation.
The first projects became the foundation for the team to develop practical experience in products, manufacturing and on-site installation techniques.
Through hands-on project experience, the team continued to improve its capabilities in design, fabrication and resolving technical requirements on site.
The principle of getting the details right from the beginning gradually became part of how the system approaches every project.
The product portfolio expanded alongside increasingly diverse requirements for aluminium systems, glass, hardware and architectural design.
From supplying individual doors and windows, the team began approaching projects with greater emphasis on integrated products and solutions
The system continued to invest in machinery, equipment and manufacturing processes, improving its ability to control both quality and project schedules.
Manufacturing and installation became more closely coordinated to minimize discrepancies between drawings and the finished product.
During a period of considerable market change, the system focused on strengthening internal operations, optimizing processes and maintaining project execution capability.
This period also helped the team develop greater adaptability, control and flexibility in solving practical challenges.
The approach evolved significantly. Rather than simply supplying products to specification, the team began actively evaluating architecture, dimensions, functionality, materials and site conditions.
This solution-based mindset later became an important foundation for the development of SMARTDOOR ASIA.
Capabilities expanded into multiple product groups, including aluminium systems, façades, rolling doors, automatic doors and architectural glass solutions.
Delivering multiple scopes within the same project helped the team develop a more comprehensive understanding of coordination between design and engineering.
Experience in project management, technical coordination and site execution continued to develop.
Projects with increasingly diverse requirements strengthened the team’s ability to work effectively with developers, main contractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.
After years of development in Vietnam, the system began preparing to expand into the regional market.
Cambodia was selected as the next market, laying the foundation for a broader brand with a more international approach.
SMARTDOOR ASIA CONS CO., LTD. was officially established in Cambodia.
This represented more than entering a new market. It marked the transformation of nearly a decade of accumulated experience into a clearer brand direction:

Where required, material samples and technical documentation can be submitted for approval before manufacturing begins.
Every project has different requirements.
SMARTDOOR ASIA does not apply one fixed configuration to every project. Solutions are selected according to architecture, intended use, actual site conditions and investment budget.
From consultation through installation and handover, our team works closely with clients to resolve issues that may arise during implementation.
